Not getting the risan costume i bought

I just spent 3 days grinding the risan favors to get my betazoid female a risan beachcomber outfit well i bought it went to put it on and guess what..i got the risan explorer outfit instead.

Yes i know what i bought yes it was the beachcomber outfit yes im 100% sure and YES i did NOT get what i bought.

This ruined the whole risan experiance ty cryptic you failed me yet again!!!!!

So be warned you might by one outfit and receive a different one instead

    I bought the beachcomber outfit as well, received the shorts, but the shirt I got is from the explorer outfit.

    Now I'm not really complaining, because it doesn't look bad and all I wanted is the shorts anyway.

    Basically there's a total of one new shirt, two new 'pants', and one foot options.

    Both sets give the shirt (it did NOT used to do so until last night's emergency patch - it used to be Explorer only).

    The Beachcomber outfit gives you the shorts (under one of Off-Duty 'pants' options (I think knee length)), while the Explorer gives you the stupid looking tucked in pants (under the same header).

    The latter looks terrible in anything but the one long boot option for Off-Duty as otherwise it's not 'tucked' into anything.

    The Beachcomber also opens up a bare foot 'boot' option under the above option pick (and nowhere else).

    Basically there's absolutely no reason to buy the Explorer outfit as you get all the good pieces under the Beachcomber one.

    Yesterdays release notes state "The Risan Beachcomber Outfit now comes with the same shirt option as the Risan Explorer Outfit."

    I have had the same problem . I bought the beachcomber outfit twice thinking I accidentally made the wrong purchase the first time . When I go into the tailor option I have the explorer shirt but it is greyed out so i cannot make changes to switch to the beachcomber option (I guess it's shirtless?) . For the pants its also the explorer rolled up pants and no option available for the beachcomber pants . I did submit a ticket but at least now I know I am not the only one that has this problem . I hope it does get fixed soon .

    I had the same problem. Purchased the Beachcomber pack first, and had a moment of doubt as to whether or not I'd bought what I intended. Thankfully, I had actually been paying attention (for once) and recalled clearly that I'd read the name of the outfit before clicking the purchase button. I half expected the Beachcomber top to be in the Explorer box. Figured they'd mixed them up but, alas, no. :(

    A topless option for he guys would be nice with the Beachcomber pack. ;)

    How do i put my Risan costume options on? I bought the Beachcomber and not i am looking all over the tailor and can't find any new options. I though i was suppose to get a pair of shorts or something?
    Who made the pool yellow? :confused:

    Spent the favors on beachcomber outfit and received the explorer top. I though I made the mistake so I bought it off the exchange. I couldn't open the box as it stated I already had one of these and could not have another. I am a Liberated Borg male.

    I too have bought both outfit packs, but have only gained access to the simple shirt. I cannot find any "Off-duty" button or option in a drop-down like the Risa NPC suggests, nor can I find any of the options in the uniform menus.

    I don't know if posting here is enough to report it. If not, please say what I need. I really REALLY want to get my paws out of my boots for once. :D

    I bought Beachcomber outfit too. Both for my male Human and female Andorian. I can't find them in tailor. They do not exist. I tried purchasing 2 additional costume slots but still nothing. Only uniforms. So I'm a bit disappointed but it's fine because it was only 200 zen and about week and and a half of hunting Horga'hns.

    i dont get bare feet or bare chest options i see many players have and ive got all the risian costumes.
    the game shows bare chest only between the other shirt options, dont know how else to describe it, its only there for a fraction of a instant.

    I bought the beachcomber outfit aswell but cant find where to put it on. Doesn't show up under any options for me

    Make sure you are in Off Duty, which can be selected while in the head tab.

    So that's where it is! I feel sort of dumb, but that solved it completely. Found everything!

    Their NPC on Risa needs a minor addition. It needs to say something about going to the head tab to access the Off-duty line. Thanks for the info.
