No longer able to select or modify Off Duty outfits since June 27 patch

EDIT: I thought I was unable to choose or modify any "off duty" outfits since LoR. It turns out, they moved the drop down from the "Uniform" screen to the "Head" screen near the top. I later discovered this and now it is okay for me, though it seems a lot of people were unaware that the drop down selector for this was moved to the "Head" screen, after all, why would you adjust outfit options on the "head" screen aside from Borg headpieces, VISOR, earings, etc.? Anyway, no harm done now that I know where to find the drop-down at.
