Unable to play game

1) Launcher Will NOT open just connects the launcher then nothing

2) Tried bypass directly to game, Cannon connect

3) Tried re-installing No dice! same problem

4) Tried both steam + normal download, Same problem

5) Tried different laptop Nothing

6) Tried updating graphics - Direct X - Etc etc on both laptops Nothing

7) Tried without firewall - Virus checker - Any protection, Nothing

8) Tried different compatibility, Nothing

9) Tried in safe mode with network, Nothing

10) Asked a friend to log, Nothing on his computer

3 computers, No luck, So STO Why cant I/my Friend log in... this is only happen on the 22/06/2013 so one of your stupid updates have render me and others unable to play

    I also cannot log in this morning. Have tried running the launcher directly and through Steam. The launcher gives the message "Unable to authenticate." Obviously my login credentials are good because I'm posting here.

    I even tried installing old files and booting, Nothing is working.... So its CLEAR that its Cryptic/NotsoPrefect worlds falt Not mine!

    I have same problem for few days can't play game becose can't see launcher, its minimized and I can't maximize it what happend, how to make it work again? My brother have same problem.

    I can't see the launcher as well. It just stays minimized in my taskbar and nothing I do makes it appear.
