That depends exactly on what you mean by Fleet members help to acquire better gear. If you mean run missions with you to help you out, sure, I can help you run some PvE's to get better equipment no problem.

Well ladies and gentlemen; summer is upon us at last! Freedom from school and an excuse to cut out of work for a few days abound both online and off. Perfect World is adding their own twist to the season of freedom and sunshine with the Risa Lohlunat Festival and the 3rd Fleet wants to extend welcome arms to any who wish to join us for the event and beyond.
Why join the 3rd Fleet? Well aside from the fact we are have no joining or membership fee, the 3rd Fleet has merged with House of Batek Fleet, meaning that all members of the 3rd Fleet have access to both a Federation and KDF Starbase.
That's right, 3rd Fleet is accessible to Federation/Federation allied Romulan players in addition to KDF/KDF allied Romulan players. We have universal coverage
So, anyone can join regardless of what faction they play, we don't charge, and we have multiple divisions ranging from casual play to competitive PvP. We also hold events fairly regularly and our sites forum has a wide range of topics to offer its members.
