FATAL Error: can't find sequencer core_overlay_mouth

Since todays patch when the game tries to load my character list it crashes and says:

FATAL Error: can't find sequencer core_overlay_mouth

Anyone else getting this?

Any idea why?

    Yeah. I'm unable to get to the Character Select screen. I've tried verifying all files and I submitted a support ticket. Waiting on a reply right now.

    At this point, tried safe mode, full screen, verified files 3 times... nothing works!

    Happened to me, running the verify files atm going to see if that fixes it

    if someone would like to be HELPFUL, how do people with this issue fix it?
    updates and file-checking did nothing

    IMPORTEND INFORMATION: The game has not the problems when you play STO with Steam i've tested it

    hehe so guys the problem is made of the nude patch 2.4.2 load the new version 2.4.3 have a nice day :D
