Why?!?!

I don't understand one thing:

Why a perfectly working in-game mail system was touched by the admins so that they make a mess about it?

IT WAS PERFECT.. NOW IT IS NOT WORKING.. WHY WAS IT TOUCHED IN THE FIRST PLACE??? I WORK INTO IT..WE GOT ONE RULE.. IF IT WORKS THEN DONT TOUCH IT

BTW .. bugs that are way old.. like Defera Hard mission Knowledge is Key.. are still not fixed.

So my question is simple.. WHY?

    My mail seems fine, although now I have the flashing mail icon and mail sound bug again (the one that says you have mail but you actually don't) which was fixed in the last update but has now returned... :(

    Ditto, and of course their continuing ignorance in my support ticket to em about being hit with hidden charges (illegal charges) when buying some zen. 22 days of them ignoring me and still counting.

    PERFECT WORLD ==== IGNORANT FRAUDULENT FOOLS.

    I have lost all of my non exchange mail. I am not happy. I had doffs resting in there.

    DOFs are one huge problem for our fleet now. Whole fleet was collecting them on the mail.. now all are gone to the wind and fleet projects stopped.
    Other more scary stuff are also gone.. ships in the mails, ship and personal equipment, Lock Boxes.. Keys... ah :( IT HURTS :(

    I miss the previous season.. this one brought only problems. :(
