Severe bug wont let me finish second wave mission

I am running the mission second wave and every time, no matter what I do, I get into the conference room and it says "take a seat at the conference table" but no matter where in the room I go, it wont give me a prompt to sit. I've tried the sit emote, nothing. I've tried running the mission without doing any of the ambassador optionals in the first part of the mission, Ive tried it doing all, and everything in between. No matter what I do I can't finish the mission... There's never an option for me to 'sit' at the table. My romulan character is about to get screwed out of the feature episodes benefits, as I've been stuck trying to run this mission any way possible to make it work, but it wont. Is there something I'm missing that PWE just forgot to say needed to be done for this mission? I am beyond frustrated at this point, this is utterly ridiculous and am open to suggestions...

    If the mission is working correctly, you should be able to stand next to any of the chairs across from the Ambassadors and double-click it.
    You're right. The work here is very important.

    wow... thank you. That solved it. There was absolutely nothing saying I should double click a chair to sit it, seeing as how every other mission requires you to press f on a prompt... Much appreciated!
