Multiple issues (helpdesk ingame/effects/loading weapon)

Tickets (ingame):
I can make a ticket ingame, when I send it gives a number but in the ticket overview I see nothing. Perhaps there is an answer but I can't see it. That is the reason why I post my questions in here.
Tetryon glider:
I maxed flow capicitator in my skills and got more then one science consoles and in my stats when I hoover over my weapons in system space it says -10 to all shields. Removing a or multiple consoles didnt change it. IS the information incorrect or does the glider effect not apply, I don't know.
A friend of my with the same skill set up got something over -40 to all shields. I changed character from Romulan to Federation and the problem was the same. It seems to be an account wide issue for me. I also tested it with disruptor in stead of plasma and the error was still there.
I tried relogging, cleaned the cache folder, safe login, EU proxy. Nothing was working.
Plasma Dual Beam Bank:
When I am using my PDBB [acc]x2 [CrtD], it works fine. When I replace it with my [Acc]x3, it doesnt fire at all. Not when I use automatic fire and/or manual fire.
Can someone help me out please?
