Doff pack not gotten at lvl 18 (FED Alien)

Just wishing to report in that at level 18, despite having spent all my skills points etc, I didn't get the mission for the doff pack nor the doff pack itself. This is an post-LOR problem.
I logged and reconnected - didn't help. Changing map - nope. Talking to the responsible officer at the Academy - no dice. Levelling up to 19.... no backtrack there either.

    I have experienced the same problem, I'm level 21 now and I still haven't received the Doffs.

    I just hit level 18, and did not get my doffs. Did anyone ever find a solution for this?
