I have had this issue a month now, TIER V Passive skills BROKEN. Fix for me PLEASE.

I swear I have caught two GM's online and submitted nearly 10 tickets and emails. No help.
This is getting ridiculous.
About a month ago my account got broken into and all my stuff stolen.
I put in a ticket and they restored my account.
However in doing so, it broke my Reputation. I can't select Tier V Passive skills on both my rep. Since the restoration I was always one Tier behind on Passive Rep skills.
Yes before you ask I tried respecting (i am pissed because I spent DIL on that, which I SHOULD get back for this BS.)
Yes and of course I did the Tier V level up on both factions. I have Tier V equipment.
I can not select Tier V passive abilities on both Romulus and Omega.
Is someone going to help me or what, I have spent a good amount of money on this game. I am fuming right now for how horrible your customer service is. Oh and how your GM's that I catch online don't help me, or say "we will look into it" and nothing happens.
I am beyond and sick and tired of Cryptic/PWE treating their customers like TRIBBLE.
Why is it so dang hard for a GM to just do the skill command and me and give my character the Tier V skills. Why all this BS?
Or if you are feeling gutsy go into the database for my character and fix it THERE.

Do you realize I can't get it? That it won't unlock?
Did you not read my post?
I just did. By definition, you can't choose them, there is only one tier 5 ability for each reputation.
Or is it that your "claim tier 5 rep" projects do not show up at all? Or do you finish them but they give you no reward?

Then don't respond without being constructive to my post. You would be annoyed too if this was going on for a month, and nothing has been done.
