  I envy you. I can't join Kerrat with my Romulan VA. Just didn't get any button to join...

  Same happened to me. Tried going in and out and it only result was that the NPC's were between -16 to -32. Could not get to my level at all.

  Kerrat is unplayable on my Rom/Fed as I can't get into a level 50 zone.....
