Chat Problem

Anyone having an issue with their chat system where it will only show your fleet and friends? everyone elses chat just wont show?

    No but I am stuck with fleet chat from one of my low level alt's. No matter what toon i log in to, i only get fleet chat from one fleet. I have 6 toons so far my fed and rom mains are in the same fleet the rest are in different fleets. the only way i can talk to my main fleet is through the Officers channel.
