Dilithium Refining Failed

I'm a lifetime subscriber and one of the perks of being a gold member is the automatic refining of dilithium upon logging in (or sometimes when changing zones). That's awesome and I like it.

It's not happening. In the time since the dilithium system has been around, it has worked very rarely for me. It works no problem for other gold members, but for me it rarely has. When it DOES work, it's because a GM reset something, but I can't keep waiting for GMs to do whatever they do (also they haven't responded to my last request some weeks ago).

So, could someone please help me with this automatic refining failure? It's very frustrating to not have something I should have and that everyone else does have. I'm also quite tired of seeing the failure message.

    I'd like to queue up for a fix also. I've been playing as free member for quite a while and upgraded to gold member. Dil never refines on login, I get the same message: "Dilithium refinement failed".

    However, on my Reman Character, where I don't have a lot of unrefined dil I noticed, once I click "refine dilithium" it works... after I recieve new ore, and switch zone, the automaticly refine... but only until midnight GMT, then it resets and I have to manually refine again.

    dil is supposed to be refine automatically for lifers when first logging in? I've not seen that at all:confused:

    Since lifetime subscriptions are also gold accounts, we get all the same perks. One of the perks of being a subscriber is the auto refine function upon login or zoning.     Only for the first login after GMT 0:00, which marks the start/end of a refining day...

    If you should ever manually refine Dilithium ore, that will disable the auto-refine feature, until a full 24 hour period (from GMT 0:00 to GMT 0:00) has passed without manually refining...

    The best thing to do is to simply ignore refining Dilithium ore, and within 48 hours, the auto-refining should kick in and work like a charm. That is what I do with all of my characters and have no issue with this...
