(Bug) Missing zen bought bridge officer slots

  I finally got a "replay" from support, being the boilerplate template. Apparently, this service seems to be considered a "missing item", and, as such, support cannot help me with it (although a quick review of what the character purchased with zen should resolve it).
  I'll add here my 1st replay to them in order to add details and maybe receive some explanation through the forums. Needless to say, I've received the same template to this elaboration (can attach that as well if there is interest).

  Unfortunately, the support request issue I've asked for assistance with is not found in one of the subjects covered by your response.
  I bought with zen(250) 2 bridge officer slot for my romulan character (increasing from the initial 4 slots to 6 slots). It was present for a short while and then disappeared (bringing it back down to 4). This is obviously a bug as this is not an item that missing but a service, and therefor CANNOT BE DISMISSED by the player (sort of deleting the character, which I did not).
  I currently have 6 bridge officer slots on that character as for natural progression, but i should have 8 slots as per my perches.
  On a seemingly related note. I have an extra 2 character slots (5 instead of 3, to the cast of 650 zen). However, I have not purchased those extra slots and would like to suggest at this point that a bug switched those 2 purchases. While it might seem like an error was made on my side - that is, making the wrong perches, I assure you this is not the case, as it should be trackable via my perches history.
  This is of concern to me, as I cannot buy any more bridge officer slots out of concern that this will happen again (and the boilerplate response I received for this tickets, more then 2 weeks after submitting it, does not give me confidence as to resolution were it to happen again).
  Another detail that should be noted, were this question was to reach a person who has actual understanding of the STO database, is that one of the extra boff slot given on regular progression seems to be faulty, displaying that boff as a ship instead of a boff, and only reset once clicked, farther enhancing my suspicion that this is a bug, rather then a mistake on my part.

  Well established 50. Deleted a boff to make room for another but no space appeared and can't equip another...says no room.
  
  Purchased 2 slots. Zen removed from account and no slots appeared. Still can't slot another boff.
