Cant start doff assigment "Convince High Rank Tal Shiar to Defect"

I have all 3 out of 3 positions filled. But the start button is still greyed out, and I can't start it.

    Can't check for myself right now, but is this the one that requires 5 Tal Shiar command codes? Might check to make sure you have enough if that is the case.

    I just checked the wiki and this is correct. OP do you have the five command codes?

    Update: You guys are spot on. I didn't notice that I needed 5 codes. I only had 2.

    I just got this one and 5 command codes is ridiculous. They aren't easy to come by in the first place but 5 for one mission? That you can fail?

    You can't fail these.. just 3 levels of success. Moderate Success, Success, Crit Success.
