Experimental Warp Core Upgrade Doff Assignment 3rd and 4th slots need fixing

The doff assignment doffs required for the 3rd and 4th slots are screwed up. You require Science department doffs, but have Matter-Antimatter Specialist as Success for those which belongs in the Engineering department.

    By the way, I checked out an older assignment of the experimental build ones (like experimental shield upgrade), don't remember which one, but it had a very similar bug.

    Fixing this bug would be nice..... I see daily patches but not really fixing any of the MAJOR bugs.

    This bug shouldn't even have made it past alpha, and it's still present.
