Sector Borg Alert Broken

today it's been like 7 in a row in 4 different sectors all broken, just hint what could be done during coming patch, right next to targeting and speed issues

    This may be related to what I came here to post.. Somebody forgot to lower some level requirements on the new level one start for the Klingons. The level requirement for KDF players on Borg Invasion dailies, Dilithium Mining dailies, and the Lore of the Empire daily seem to still be set to the older mid-20 range. (23?)
