Plasmonic Leech and Power Conduit Link overwrite one another

The power boosts from Plasmonic Leech and the Maco / Adapted KHG Shields are overwriting one another, instead of stacking. This means players utilizing both items will have power levels lower than those using one or the other.

Additionally, Power Conduit Link will not display how many stacks it has active.

    Yeah I noticed it too.
    Not much sense in equipping both until Cryptic decides to fix this.
