Two ship issue.

For some unknown reason, ever since Romulos, whenever i try to view/customize any of my ships, it shows I am using two current's.
example, i just hit 40, and was goign to alter my assault cruiser, yet it kept showing me on my NX-class, or my TOS-Contitution.
I would like to be able to alter my current ship, and any future ships please, but with this current issue, i can't change anything.
I attempted to submit this as a bug-report and request GM-help ingame, but it gives me connection-issue prompts.

I have still yet to receive any responses, via email or otherwise. I know this could be considered just 'a minor issue', but at the same time, a complete lack of any form of response..is kinda annoying
Besides..I can't seriously be the only one with this bug/issue >>
