Ultimate Game Card Circle

In a previous thread I noted how I was unable to make a purchase with my UGC due to the fact that every time I tried the UGC checkout would flash on my screen only to be replaced by a Perfect World Error screen.

Well I switch to Firefox and was able to get around THAT problem. BUT.....

I go to cash redeem my $30.00 card... only to be told that I require another $1.56 to complete my transaction. If that weren't enough aggravation, I can find no way to actually pay the additional funds!

Now I'm ticked off, right? RIGHT!

So I go in search of answers. Do you think I can find any? ANYWHERE??? Well of course not.

I then register with UltimatePay in hope of getting some answers there except every time I try to submit a question I get a "system error". ARRGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

UPDATE: I just received an e-mail from UltimatePay thanking me for choosing them to complete my 3450 ZEN purchase at Perfect World.

That's great except that I DID NOT GET MY ZEN!! Nor does it show a transaction on my Perfect World account page. I am certain that PW and UP will do everything in their power to help me sort this out .... I'm JUST REALLY FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW.

    when you redeem the card via your pw account after you select ultimate game card where it asks you to enter your pin, on that window in the top right corner change the location to USA ignore your default location and then submit ) it will work but you may not get the bonus something Ive put a ticket in for

    I didn't have that issue but i did have one relating to Ultimate Gamecards.

    They apparently have a promotion going on to where if you redeem an UG, you get a bonus amount of Zen. I just redeemed a 25$ UG and didn't get my 375 add'l Zen.

    Having the same issue. I received my zen but no bonus. Every time I try to send an email via the support page I get an error message on the page. This is unacceptable. Going to try to send via email. Worst possible customer service ever!

    Okay, i take it all back. When I charged my Zen, the usual number of zen was transferred. However, my receipt from UGC gave me my 15%. Then it showed up when I logged in. False alarm. Still annoying but at least I got my money's worth.

    also got this issue got my 2500 zen but not the 375 bonus zen i was supposed to get witch was noted correctly in email from ultimate game but not pw themselves or in the total zen recived
