Gold membership bug?

A little over a week ago I bought a gold membership, went through ok and everything was fine (got all the perks, acc bank, respec etc).
(Actually, thinking about it, longer than a week - it was when LOR was released.)

I went away travelling for a few days and listed a lot of expensive items on the exchange.
When I came back I was levelling my Romulan, hit 30 and noticed I didn't get the respec. I checked my account and it seems that my gold membership has vanished, and that I've been subscribed for 0.0 days?

I checked my bank, payment definitely came out so it's not a problem there. Trouble is when I was away a lot of valuable items sold on the exchange, and because I was currently over the 10 million limit for silver members, I didn't get anything.

I've accepted that I've lost the ec, but my problem is now I want to farm for ec, but because I'm at the 'limit' there's no point. And I'm not prepared to pay for another subscription on the chance the same thing happens again.

This maybe a silly question, but the gold membership IS for a month, and not a week, right?
Other than that, has anyone experienced something similiar?

Well you just responded in my thread with the same thing, so yeah it's definitely happening to more people, saw someone else post about it as well.

As for the EC loss, in no way should you be accepting that, they promised a service for 30 days, they HAVE to give you that. If you loose out on things because of that, they NEED to give you that back a full 100%, and they SHOULD offer you more to compensate for your troubles.

Well, I'm not even certain how much it was... I'm in the habit of deleting 'Your item has sold' emails almost immediately.

Make a rough estimate, add like 20% to that and demand that, you're not to blame that their system messed up.

well, considering the fact that no one has been able to delete exchange item mails since lor launched, you shiuld be able to itemize your losses.

Only if he knows how much he had at which point.

Wow, you're right, I didn't even know that... I just checked and they're all still there.
But like the other guy mentioned, I'm not sure at what point my gold membership disabled itself, I have a little over 20 million EC atm and I can't even remember how much I had to begin with.

But like I said, I'll accept the loss. I imagine it would be too difficult to work out, the issue I'm having is that I'm currently unable to farm or sell anything because I'm at the limit.

I did fire off an email and I think I got some automated reply saying that they will respond to me, but at the moment they are very very busy. Of course with the launch etc I understand.

I suppose I could make another character, email all the drops to myself and sell them from there... But that's not why I paid for a subscription.
