Liberated Reman Borg, bying more than once?

On my Romulan toon, I have bougth this Borg. The text says only one Borg per character.

Yesterday I saw that I could by the Borg again, the Buy button is unlocked and no red text indicating that I can't buy it again.

I wouldn't mind to have a second Borg to make him look human.

Is that a bug?
I don't want to buy him and then find out I can't use him.

    It's not a bug you can buy them more then once, BUT you can only have one on your crew at a time (so you won't be able to unbox the others)

    what is a bug is the fact the box is bound to you, meant to be unbound so you could send it to another character, trade it etc.

    I'm curious if the Lobi store Romulan also has a max of one per character, there doesn't seem to be any text to indicate if this is the case.
