Beta Thorida System Patrol Missing 5th Wave

Im having an issue on the quest Beta Thoridar System Patrol (Daily-Subcommander Mivek) you have to kill 5 waves of ships in 5 instances and you get romulan marks. I love this mission get quest, zone in kill 5 waves, zone out, then rinse and repeat 4 more times and I get marks but for some reason 50% of the time I never get the 5th wave they just don't spawn. So I have to abort the mission (no quest update) and retry. I have 5 level 50 characters 1 Romulan 2 Klingon 2 federation and its happening on all of them. I also had a friend with my last-night and after the 4th wave we just sat there waiting... after 15mins we gave up. Anyone else having this issue? I love this quest I can get a decent amount of marks without having all the group drama infact I wish they had a mission like this for the other 2 reputations. Thank you in advance for any feedback/suggestion.
