Changed from Gold to lifetime and stipend Q's

I was a gold subscriber for 27 days and then bought a Lifetime Membership, I have yet to receive a monthly Stipind,and it shows 36 days subscribed... did I reset my time by getting a LTS? I put in a ticket but no response yet. Any thoughts on this?

    You may want to check out this thread regarding stipends. Some players have reported missing or delayed stipends. I hope this helps.

    You probably want to speak with support - but from friends who have gone LTS from being Gold - the date your payment went through for the LTS becomes the date around which you'll receive Zen stipends going forward; and because of the way the system works, if you did it before you received your Stipend for being Gold; it may cancel/reset the month to month trigger timer. (IE you get to wait 30 days from when you bought the LTS.)

    However, purchasing a Lifetime subscription does reset the time to the date the lifetime was purchased...

    I was afraid of that...but is does make sense. I guess I should have waited a few more days to get the LTS. If I do get this resolved through the ticket I will post the response here, and if this "date reset" is accurate, other people that have gold memberships may time the purchase of an LTS to avoid TRIBBLE themselves out of 500 zen
