Can no longer play in Fullscreen

Ever since the last update I have been unable to play in fullscreen and have no sound. Is anyone else having similar issues?

    After the last update, it moved me to windowed mode out of fullscreen - it also changed my resolution. I have fixed it now, but my ui still looks a little messed up,

    same problem been trying to report it plus I crash constantly in the memory lane mission now
