Ship Tailor ate my zen!

Hi, I know you have a lot of issues to sort, but this really bugged me:
I changed my ships appearance in the ship tailor and now I have lost over 1000 zen from my account.

What gives? I didn't change anything to something I didn't already own, merely change the texture and colours.

Any help would be nice.

    It looks like the customizer is charging zen for any changes. I can't do anything to the ships I already have as it charges for it :/

    Not sure if this is right.

    If you play as Romulan, and you put the reman skin on your ship... it cost 1000 zen!! Before you need to log on your Fed or Kli pg and unlock the reman pg on tier 5 rom rep (if don't unlock, start a new project and cancelled it)

    No it isn't right! And it was merely a texture change on my fleet Excelsior... An EC charge not a monetary charge!

    Looks like 750 zen to change my jem dread's material type. What's even dumber is the preview doesn't actually show the change.

    Didn't apply it, of course. :P

    Check the C-Store to see if you have an Exeter to claim now.

    I have exactly the same problem - interestingly, the ship tailor now shows the borg attachments on my ship, and it never did before (not complaining - now I can match the green :P )

    Even so, surprised this is happening. There's at least one more thread about this.

    Interestingly, if you log out and in, go straight to the tailor, and AVOID selecting the model versions (Cerburus/Phoenix/Prometheus ship type, for example) and go straight to advanced, you can customize at your leisure, but it won't apply the changes.

    @trekonlinegame You are charging 750Z to customize our ships now? Really? It cost EC before. Now it's asking for 750Z upfront before changes


    @quantumtaquito This is a bug and we are working on a resolution.

    Click through the changes you'll see, some of the windows are charging zen, some of the skins, etc

    No, no matter what you do, there is an arbitrary sum of 750 zen present, even before I try and change anything. This is the case for my Fleet Excelsior, Mirror Escort and a few others including TOS Connie etc. I have lost a fair chunk of zen and ergo money on this bug, so Dev's, is there ANYTHING to be done?

    I just tried to change my new Qin raptor to Birok using the advanced tab and it didn't save the changes except for my bridge layout. I did submit a bug ticket in game. Was planning on posting a bug report here in forums, but wanted to see if it was mentioned first before posting.

    Right well oddly the damn game hasn't let me submit a bug report on this. It waits 30 seconds and then informs me it could not connect. Handy.

    PLEASE SORT THIS SOMEONE!

    Ok the issue seems to be with windows set 1. I have always used this on my Excelsior and had not changed it when I changed the colours. What gives? Why does it now cost 750?!
