Since Saturday, when attempting to use the in game bug report method I get the following message:
[System] [TicketError] Could not connect. Please try again later.
Of course I'm one of many people where the following site will not let me enter anything:

Here is what I've been attempting to report:
Quick Play PVE queues:
* Hit or miss whether or not you will get it. The system will on all my characters boot me out as I'm not on a team within five seconds. Colony Invasion and Crystalline Entity (Normal) seams to be the worst.
* Crystalline Entity (Normal): Hit or miss whether the entity wants to act like it is on Elite version.
I've left the queue re-entered and it performs as intended.
All in all. You guys have been stellar in trying to get a grasp on the game-stopping bugs as quickly as possible.

I've sent in 3 tickets regarding an issue, only to get one sent back with an attached message stating that they couldn't find it due to a bug (the ticket that is).
My reason for using it was to submit a ticket about a my advanced heavy cruiser getting mislabeled and as a regular heavy cruiser and not showing up as being purchased in the Z-Store so I had to put in a ticket via web which even that I had to fight with to get one to go in properly. The timeout setting is way too short if you need to put a ticket in via web type the body of report out in Word or notepad refresh the page then copy and paste the message, enter other relevant info quickly and it shouldn't time out. That's what worked for me anyways.
