Ok, here is some issues I have with my costume options. This was already the case before LoR patch.
I was subbed, now FtP, I bought 2 costume slots, I am also in a fleet. Not sure, but I should have 5 costume options. At some point a couple of my cotume options were no longer available, selecting them gave no response, no action. I created new ones and can use them. However I have in the drop down menu 2 unusable costume options.
With LoR I created a Romulan character. I made a second costume option. At some point that became unavailable. I created a new one. I can use that.
So there is some messy up. You get several costume options but cannot use them. It is just a cosmetic thing in UI in the end. In the drop down and at the tailor I have my costume option, but I cannot use them.

Also I can't choose the stf costumes, despite i have all accolades.
