750 zen charge ship customization and can't delete emails!!! (closed, necro)

I go to customize my starfleet ship for my starfleet caitian officer, and automatically, it's charging 750 zen! and before anyone says "you have to buy the parts", I know that already, I didn't choose something that needs to be bought with zen!

it just automatically charges 750 zen!!! so , not wanting to spend 750 zen to do something that use to cost only energy credits before the new romulus launch, I can't customize my ship!!!

Oh, and can't delete emails, so they keep piling up....

I see maintenance is happening today, but I don't see release notes for them...

I hope to good god that these things get fixed.

I also notice the maintenance is happening at a bad time for half their customers again here in europe....

    Ive had the same problem with trying to customize several mirror universe ships i got. The star cruiser wanted 2500 zen just to look at the customization screen. I hope they address this issue

    I agree.... :( I have the original series bridge from the bundle, yet can't use it cause of this glitch of their's :(

    This sounds like a glitch I've experienced with ship customization. I have an escort and if I click on Vigilant class hull it charges 750 zen credits even though it says it doesn't cost anything.

    But that's not it, if I click on a different hull, like for instance Defiant, one that is certainly free because I had selected it previously, the fee stays. The fee glitches out and wont go away despite any other changes.

    It really sucks because I am stuck with a ship that is really really ugly and very hard to tell when it is facing forward because its so round

    I've just made an account and finished the tutorial but when I go to the customize ship screen and choose mutilate my Miranda starting ship it says I have to purchase some other pack that I seem unable to purchase. I've got ZEN but it won't let me buy. Am I doing something wrong or am I experiencing the same problem as you?

    Seems like the problem is on the windows 1 option. If I change it from that, the 750 zen goes away.

    I've just purchased the Mirror Star Cruiser from the Exchange and have gone into the ship tailor to change the looks and it wants 2500 zen before even doing anything, I had bought it to change into a proper looking Sovereign but seem to be stuck with the Mirror skin, looks like that ship's mothballed then!
    If they have Bugs like this can they not at least put a flag up on the item saying "unable to edit appearance", much like Supermarkets have "dented tin" labels for damaged items, then we, the consumer, can make an informed decision on our purchase!

    Sounds like your trying to use one of the skins that you don't own. It will make you buy the ship who's skin your trying to use just to use the skin on the mirror version of it.
