server issue

the servers seem to be laggin so bad that i am unable to turn in any missions

    Me too! I have never seen it so bad. It's almost unplayable right now.

    I am having a lot of lag (I wait even 30-40 seconds to retrieve the list of my characters), but my tracert and ping are the usual...

    yeah, lag is bad. and I got my new dderidex, and when I accepted it, it went into my select ship list as RRV InvalidShipName (mind you it was the random one that the game generated), and I could not do nothing with it, as the ship was not there (only the name, if I selected it, nothing happened).
    I logged out, and it took forever to retrieve my chars, but the dderidex was there with its random generated name, but now the queue is up, and it is not moving at all

    imo servers are fried. yay for saturday

    I've got the same problem. My Position is 1795 and the only changing number is the number of players behind me (started at 2000, now at 8000).

    yep. I was 900/2000 as I was logging back, but I thought its a bug (the not moving part), I relogged, I wont the glorious 3900th place to be stuck on :S

    They are bringing down the server for Emergency Maintenance, or should I say the typical Holiday Maintenance... ;)
