Romulan Character can't Claim Test Rewards

Before I begin, this is NOT about the LoR Test Reward, but the previous Test Rewards like the Season 5 Testing.

Unable to Claim:

Season 5 Reward - DOFF Rewards for reaching Level 51 (Both Federation and KDF)
Season 6 Reward - Fleet Tribble
Season 7 Reward - Mol'Rihan Tribble


Both with Federation and Klingon-allied Romulans.

    I was going to post about this. I too can't claim my Season 7 Test Reward Mol'Rihan tribble. We're suppose to be able to claim it at level 7 and I got my Reman to level 7 last night and it says my character can't claim it. :(

    It's suppose to be an account reward and it is because my KDF Klingon has it and uses it. I guess they forgot to flag Romulan faction characters as being able to claim it. I hope they fix it soon.

    I THINk these can be claimed after choosing an ally. I'll have to check. In general, they tended to avoid making things claimable until your ally is chosen.

    You are correct Leviathan. You MUST choose your ally before claiming those rewards.

    That's funny. I spent more than one hour during the test but when I go into the Store today, I do not see any item marked as the test reward.

    That comment is only partially correct sir. You can claim some rewards, but not all.

    I posted those items that cannot be claimed AFTER you chosen an ally.

    You can claim it (at least the KDF version) at lvl 24, someone must have forgotten to adjust the new KDF starting level for DOFF stuff.
    Beta, LTA, CE, Multiple preorder Versions, all Addon Packs except AoY, nearly all KDF/Rom and ~50% of all Fedships, over 25 LockboxShips, Endurer of Atari's "Year of Hell", but...

    I played the the episode "Turning Point" and I chose the federation side and I still didn't get my reward from testing the open beta???

    We are talking about previous test rewards, not the LoR reward which hasn't been announced or released yet.

    I hadn't noticed the inability to claim the Mol'Rihan Tribble, but I had noticed that I can't get some DOffs. Details here:

    I am allied (KDF) and yet I am STILL not able to get this reward. I am at level 16 so far and still nothing.
