Help for lvl 10 Mission "Neutral no More"

I had a problem with the mission Neutral no More at level 10.

The cause for the problem was that i claimed the level 10 ship before the Mission Started. So that when I started the mission I got stuck at the point of having to claim the same ship.

Since this mission cannot be dropped or skipped I was stuck.

I tried buying a Dilithium ship for 16k with no effect. Nor was a ticket answered.

What i decided to do and ultimately fixed the glitch was remove gear from the new ship, discharge the ship, and then reclaim it from the shipyard.

From here you can rearm the new ship and head off to battle.

I hope this helps someone else.

    That would probably help a lot of people, but not me.
    I did the same thing you did, but I took my stupid to a whole new level by discharging the starter Warbird.
    Now I can't discharge my Dhelan at all
    I'd really rather not have to get a Dilithium or Zen ship to fix this

    I'm crossing my fingers that this round of maintenance resolves this issue somehow

    I had to use zen to fix this problem. I posted it here in hopes of a refund.

    I suppose it wouldn't be the WORST thing ever if I had to buy a Dhael or something

    But I was really hoping to save that Zen for a later tier ship.

    Well, I bought the Dhael warbird, ugly thing that it is, and used it to resolve the issue.

    Would be super great if I got compensated. There shouldn't be any combination of player choices, no matter how random, that lead to getting stuck like that.

    Just a thought here, have you bought a shuttle for ec from ship yard so ya have two ships? Then discharge the main ship?

    It may not work but worth a shot

    yeah, I don't think it lets you discharge your ship if the only other thing you have is a shuttle

    Good to know that there's only one free way to fix it, but its not do able in even rarer cases.
