After doing the mission Blind Men Tell All Tales, 3 of my outfit slots locked on my Romulan character, and I can no longer use them. This happened on Tribble too and was never solved. It can be temporarily fixed by buying more outfit slots, but I have no intention of doing that.
same here, i noticed ever since entering qonos that no more costume changes are possible. Not even when entering the tailor. Renaming of slots doesn't work, and "modifiying a costume" to hit the "purchase" button didn't work either.
Dear Gm,
It was fine before the last update but now i cant change or rename my Outfit on my KDF character. My Romulan and Federation characters are fine and they can change their outfits.
Please help. There should be one botton to delete outfit. Now i cant wear them nor i can rename them.
Also happens on KDF toons. This bug has been around since before the LoR update.
For some reason costumes get moved into slots you don't actually own, and they just stay there wasting space.
Hard to tell now with the new tailor interface.
But before you could see the customes suddenly jumping to a different slot, one you don't actually own, and ending up breaking it.

Same issue here. Had two costumes and the moment I entered Qo'nos (as sb else here mentined) I've noticed that I'm wearing a different outfit. I noticed that the one I was wearing earlier is now bugged - cannot wear it, cannot modify it in the tailor etc.
For now though this is only an issue with one costume - I was able to create another one and it works fine. The one that bugged was the one obtainable by joining the fleet (I think).
Yeah, happened to me too. The "broken" slots are actually reopened, you just can't use or edit the existing costumes, so technically you can just go and remake more. But I did that, it worked for a while, then broke again so I have twice as many useless slots... yeah, this isn't a real solution.
Oh, what the hey... I used a new captain to see if the bug applied to it. Yep.
This time, though I kept looking at the character portrait after every zone so I would know when this bug occurs.
Liberated Borg Romulan / KDF. After claiming the reward for the last mission of "Devil's Choice' aka defending NR. Before that, I could wear the Tal Shiar outfit I placed in slot 4, after claiming the reward for this mission, I could no longer do that. It's like the game things I'm no longer Romulan (but I can edit the costume though...)
So think back folks, see if you had something similar...
Log off/Log in... for THIS captain, problem's gone.
Ok so now I've got two captains, liberated borg romulan KDFs, after both have finished Devil's Choice, they get the same problem. The ENG can no longer wear (but can edit Tal Shiar Costume in slot 4). The TAC has the same problem but it goes away after zoning a few times/etc. Aside from the career choice, I tried to have both captains be as similar as possible. The costumes are even identical except for one colour palette choice so I know which is which.\
update: Zoned a few more times... the bug now affects all my captains... again and seems permanent. Bah.
I'm having the same issues, the only costume I have now is the original first slot you originally use on character creation.
And while we're on the topic of the tailor, my other toons appear to have miss-matched colour palettes and missing costume options, so I get the feeling the tailor generally is bugged, not just the costume slots

I no longer do any Bug Hunting work for Cryptic. I may resume if a serious attempt to fix the game is made.
I'm having the exact same issue as well. One trip to Qo'nos, went to tailor to edit outfit, slots were swapped around, issue ensued. Had to buy additional slots to even change outfit. :[
Same problem here. I have a female Romulan, aligned with Klingons. Can only select costume slot 1 of 5 and remaining costume slots will not save changes (including renaming) at the tailor.
