Tour the Galaxy Trait

Is this still available or was it taken out?


Notes say it's in, but there is nothing saying I unlocked it.

    No idea, I didn't get a chance to test it with the ongoing server problems.

    Completed the Tour the Galaxy event after LoR launch, saw that I received the trait, but do not see it listed anywhere. Where would I find confirmation of this? Does not show up in either Traits tab or under anything under Passives. I think it is working, when I transwarp my cooldown is at 12 minutes with no TW cooldown doffs or the TW console in use. Can anyone else confirm?

    Just ran the race again. Did not get the "Well Traveled Trait", which was mentioned in the patch notes:

    General:

    Completing the full Tour the Galaxy challenge now rewards the "Well Travelled" trait as a free bonus trait.
      • This trait grants your captain a permanent reduction in Transwarp cooldown.

    I received the unlock message after completing the full tour. I can't find any trace of this new bonus trait on my character sheet or accolade list either.

    In this case, check your luggage! I think they slap a sticker on it during customs inspection.....

    "Free bonus trait" makes it sound like it would be listed under your passives instead of traits.
    FKA K-Tar, grumpy Klingon/El-Aurian hybrid. Now assimilated by PWE.

    I have the same question, no info on what it does exactly to my TW cooldown...

    Did a complete game exit and restart. Still no trace of this anywhere on the character sheet.

    People say they get it and it shaves off Transwarp time, but doesn't stack with Astrometric DOFFs.

    So guess it was rewarded, but there was no message that said it was rewarded. And like others stated there is nothing showing up in the Traits or with Buffs.

    So something the teams gotta work on.

    This happened to me, too - well, I got a [System] message that I unlocked the trait, but it is nowhere to be found!!!

    Any confirmation that it doesn't stack with Astro doffs or the Excelsior Computer?

    I just completed the Tour the Galaxy Event.

    Afterwards, a pop up, like any other, said I have unlocked this trait and completed Tour the Galaxy/Universe.

    However, when I went to go look, there was no trait available in the Space, Ground, or Special (I would imagine it would appear in the Special tab as it is an unlock) named "Well Travelled".

    Information:
    I am a level 50 Fed, I have used all the slots apart from 2 which I will save for the time being. My @ is Rex@enterprise629 and I am an Eng officer.

    Any feedback/suggestions?

    it doesnt show up for me either but i still have it

    with purple astrometrics doff my transwarp cooldown id 4 mins where it was 7 before completing the full tour this morning

    No, doesn't stack. But there are Warp Cores that can stack with the Astrometrics DOFF. Got a VR Astrometric DOFF and this Warp Core dropped Transwarp to 3 minutes.

    Purple Astrometrics Scientist should cut TW cooldown to 5 min.

    Add my voice to this list. I finished the "Tour The Galaxy" event (2 loops, in fact), and at the end of my first loop, in my chat/loot window, I saw "You received 1 Trait Unlock - Space Trait: Well Travelled". However, the traits does not appear in the available space or special traits list, nor in my active traits list. It is also not an item in my inventory.

    At the end of the second loop, I still got the same EC and 2 categories of doff XP (when I should get some small amount of bonus doff XP), and I cannot turn the mission in to Captain Yim. On the first loop, I was able to turn the completed mission in. On the second loop, it still says "In progress", and he won't accept it.

    Also, I'm not sure what the stock transwarp CD was to begin with.

    I can confirm that my transwarp times are lower after completing the race, but I don't see anywhere in the Traits tab, passives list, or Accolades tab where this is displayed.

    I know, but this is what I'm saying:

    I completed the event, a pop up said I gained a new trait, yet when I go into the trait tab, or to the passive traits on the character selector,there is nothing called "Well Travelled" in either tabs or selections. I have checked.

    So I am considering this as a bug, nothing too extreme, but just wanted to point it out and if anyone can give me a suggestion to why or how to make it appear or where it is, encase I am looking in the wrong place, please do say so.

    Hi Captains,

    Just checked into this one -- the "Well Traveled" trait gained from Tour the Galaxy is a passive, and appears in your character's space passives list while in a space map instead of the trait page (since it does not take up one of your trait slots).

    I just checked, it's not there.

    (And yes, I checked while in Space. Even went to Sector Space, it was not there either).

    What is the character's name so we can take a look? Also, did you complete it post-Tuesday's launch?

    I don't see the Well Traveled perk listed, but my Transwarp cooldown is 12 minutes. Does that mean I have it, but it's just not displayed?

    yeah im not seeing it in my list either and i def got it during yesterdays tour

    Thanks for confirming that this trait is a passive.

    If haven't done so already, I suggest adding it to the patch notes so players are not confused (unless I missed it).

    I have completed the Tour event pre-LoR and also within the last few days.

    I still have the same problem, I posted this topic (which has now been been merged with another one) as soon as I noticed it (after I completed the event for the first time with LoR active on Holodeck).

    Update! So, it looks like we can see the trait, but normal players can not. This is a bug and we're working on a resolution. So, if you've earned it, you have it, and can tell you do from the cooldown, but the fact that it's not being listed is the bug. This is a text bug only.

    Actually, to be fair, it shows up for me, Lib Rom Borg F-Rom. It showed up for me no problem on tribble as well with F-Rom too. However, I am not everyone, and I need to remind myself of that.

    Are these not traits that use a slot?
