BOFF skillpoints/training

On my Romulan character, I'm having a problem training my BOFFs new abilities and adding skillpoints.

Not sure if lag related or a real bug, but i tried like 20 times, 2 from 5 ablities trained, 3 not.

Anybody else having this issue?

    I know I ran into a problem training my Klingon Borg BOff with Bridge Officer Trainer skills. I could not swap skills, kept telling me this officer can't use that skill, even though they were the correct engineering skills. Happened for both Space and Ground types. This only happens to my Female Borg BOff, the Reman Tac BOff can change skills normally.

    I have a slightly different problem, i cant re-train tolan Khev or liberated borg rommie boffs, trainer just says that the character can't learn this skill. On all related skills, which kinda sucks when the liberated rommie has scatter volley 1 :|

    Same issue, different toons...how odd. I can train both of them without a problem. Seems to affect random toons...will try to retrain them today and see if the problem is persistent.

    I can't train my boffs or use my Lt. boff skill.

    Ok, tried it again at a different trainer, but same result. I went a different route, I purchased a BOff with the skills I needed from the exchange and had success training my KDF Borg BOff.

    I ran into another bug while finding the workaround for the first training bug. Newly acquired Tactical BOffs do not give the option to train-up current BOffs. Get this, there is one Tactical BOff that shows the train-up option, but when I press it no powers are listed. lol This is enough to make someone bonkers, of course I submitted tickets for each bug.

    FYI. I could not train any BOFF in a new skill. Then I noticed that my charachter had an open Trait slot. When I filled it, I was miraculously able to train by BOFFs. YMMV
