C-Store broken items with romulans

If you have a romulan or reman, you can't use this items:
- 1,000 skill bonus pool
- 10,000 cxp bonus pool
- ANY past lockbox reward with FED/KDF console or weapon
- ANY reward pack with polaron weapon
You Can't claim:
- Collectors Edition: Automated Batery Console
- Steam Preorder item: Chromodynamic Armor II
- Tholian Invasion Test Reward
- Season 7 Test Reward (tribble)
- Season 6 General Test Reward
- Raptr Tier 2 reward
Every time says you don't have enough zen to claim these rewards (???)
About Bundles:
- Steam Bundle : Is not clear if you become a Federation Ally if you can claim this bundle
- Deep Space Nine Bundle: Kinglon have your own version of this bundle, with duty cadre and weapons. But nothing to romulan?
- The original Series Bundle: You get a nasty error sometimes if you try to claim the phaser pistol, like KDF faction.
Lobi Store consumables:
I noticied some problems with many lobi store consumables and lockbox consumables: If you use a romulan and get any of these item by shared bank account or mail, you can't use.

I think disabling the items was how they got around actually having to fix them =/
You can't use any consumable from lockbox using a romulan character.
This is really problematic, because you pay and can't use. mainly because if you have a low level character/toon you have more priority to use this type of item instead a level 50 character.

Did not try polarons weapons & lobi consumables so far.
