the website says server up,my launcher says server down?

    6hours from now servers will be back up. (If everything goes right, which generally never happens) :)

    In less than 6 hours... give or take plus 1-2 hours for additional unforeseen tech issues.

    is that US time or EU?

    its 6 hours US time, but in EU time that's more like 3.5 hours.

    The update takes 6 hours. It's started now. So about 6 hours from now you can start playing.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Not for another six hours it is currently 14:15 BST (GMT+1) which is about 10:15 PST right now so it will be up (baring unforeseen TRIBBLE ups) at 16:00 PST and 20:00 BST

    i recently went silver from being gold for 3 years,i think i should have taken out a months sub to get queue preference

    I figure 6 hours for the update and then another day or two of crashing servers because of player traffic.

    PST is about -8 GMT, it does vary +- an hour when times changes for DST/British summer time.

    As of writing it is almost 7:30 am over here on the West Coast, which means I need to go to work, but it looks like we can patch directly now (says 10GB).

    Patch Notes : Resolved an Issue, where people would accidently experience Fun.

    Anyone who played the recent Rise of the Hutt Cartel on SWTOR knows what server-joy new expansions bring for the first few days. It's just part of the process. :)

    Ok so this is wierd... I logged onto tribble and saw TRIBBLE@xxxx has just been issued a tal shiar heavy cruiser (or whatever the message said). Are the main servers online???
