Getting the vesta pack after buying a vesta?

So, I got the tactical vesta. I kind of regret getting the entire pack, because the set bonus is awesome, and I kinda want to get the pack.

Is it worth it? Or should I just get one of the other vestas?

If so, which one?

    Well here's the thing both prices will be the same if you buy the pack or just the other two ships. Each is 2500 zen totaling 5000 zen same as the cost of the pack of Vesta's. But if you really want the full set bonus of the consoles then just buy the full pack you have nothing to loose being you will pay the same amount.

    If you are asking if you will get a refund or credit if you buy the Bundle after buying 1 individually; the answer is NO.

    IMO there is no "set bonus" worth taking up 3 console slots.
    I bought the Tact Odyessy based on console layout (Aquarious sucks).
    I bought the Tact Vesta for the same reason. Lotus is pretty sweet.
    But if you do a 3 console set from a bundle, are you gonna run the Omega Set. Are you gonna run the Rommie set? That is 5 Universal Consoles. Now comes the chore of figuring which of the normal 7-8 that you use on your standard build and figuring which ones to can.
    I personally can't give up that many.
    But I do not PvP. So there might be an upside which I cannot testify to.

    i would advise to not buy it...

    new ships will come around, maybe better.
    you can allways wait for the next z-store sale to get them for 4k zen and in the meantime you maybe transfered to another ship.

    I don't think they're doing C-Store ship sales any more. The only things that have been on sale over the last 6 months are Keys and Zen. I think they've finally figured out that most players used grinded Zen rather then paid-for Zen. :)
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    It's worth getting both the other two ships, by whatever method you use.

    The set bonus in this case is just a reduction in CD but the point is to get all three consoles.

    Regarding the number of 'toys' you can bring to the party, if it's PvE... who cares? The bar is set so low in PvE that you can't really TRIBBLE it up. So feel free to play with as many toys as you like. For myself, as long as it's PvE or non-premade PvP, I bring no armor nor shield consoles, I just usually max out the tactical consoles with the relevant energy consoles, then fill the rest with toys.

    I would get both of the other two Vestas myself. It is now going to cost you 50 bucks either way but these 3 console ships do best as a full set. You really should have saved yourself 25 and bought it straight up as a pack but hind sight you know..

    I realize that I should have bought the full pack, yes.

    Perhaps I'll wait, make a rom toon, and get a 3 pack ship, if they make a set.

    My advice would be to get the Romulan Legacy Pack instead, since that is soon gonna be the newest awesome.

    I'm very happy with my Vesta pack and it has served me well, never regret buying it.
    But for me it's time to try something new, like a green mean killing machine.

    the 3 consoles are good but not worth $50 if you already have the tactical vesta.

    there is a tradeoff with them as well, I mean you have 10 console slots, 4 will be damage mods and if you have the 3 Vesta consoles that means you only have 3 left.... Add assimilated mod and rom universal console and you basically end up with just a single console slot free and probably more abilities than you need to mash away at. Especially since the timers overlap somewhat.

    I have the vesta back and I run the 3 consoles but next time I refit my Vesta I'm definitely taking at least one of the Vesta consoles off maybe two. I've actually been thinking if I could do it again I'd just get he tactical Vesta.

    Funny right now I'm actually flying the fleet heavy escort carrier and it's very similar to the tactical Vesta without the fancy consoles

    Maybe it comes down to the type of player you are, if you think you are the type of player that will stick to one ship then maybe getting the vesta pack is a good option. But if you like to try lots of other ships like me then I'd look at other options. I mean with 5k zen you could get one of the new Andorian escorts and a dreadnaught cruiser and you would have a top of the line ship in each class to play with.
