i will refrain from purchases of starter and legacy pack, in my opinion i can get this stuff with in game dilithium for now and there is no real justification for spending 130 dollars worth of money on in game none existent items on an account that you rent. im doing a few different activities on the way to getting what i can to getting the reman playable as soon as i can and maybe a retro ship but that is as far as it goes really.
The Starter Pack is worthwhile - It's only a 20. I've been spending the same on a date as I have to buy the pack, and I say it's worth it. 2 Warbirds, Liberated Reman BO, a nice title and 2 extra BO slots from the Liberated Borg BO?
What annoys me though is why there's still no middle-ground...

What annoys me though is why there's still no middle-ground...
i would of liked to of seen a middle ground, there is still a chance after the LoR launch for just the ships, the scimmy 3 way bundle and the reman boff and playable (limited time offer). the rest of it i dont care about.
as for the starter pack, i did seriously think about it though, adding it with the nausicaan, breen, jem'hadar and borg sci, then the reman lib and perhaps the human lib from the store. it would make a powerful line up. then i would have to chuck out a few of my other boffs like, Chief engineer Craig Mose "madlocker" Madlock and perhaps Chief Tactical officer Torsad. maybe i should keep the engineer but someone will have to go, still have the full boff spaces grandfathered. i may give it another think over before the limited time runs out. i wished this "limited time" comes with a date.

Test. Quick question for the devs, why are some of the cryptic designed romulan ships so phallic in shape? I mean I know a lot of star trek ships are, but *seriously* some of these are incredible.
romulan designed ships usually have sharp shapes to them along with some soft curves (usually bold shaping) to each of them, look at the d'deridex, t'varo and t'liss. each of these canon ships have all these in common. the other missing romulan canon ship is the scout/science ship.

You magnificent sons-of-guns. New ships, a new uniform, updated titles and extra Boff slots ^_^. Now all we need is that Scimitar three-pack and a new server and May 21st will rule.
However, having read it, I do have a couple of questions;
This ship comes with a universal Haakona Separation console. This console allows you to separate your Haakona into two separate ships. You may choose to pilot the Assault Warbird or the Guardian Warbird.
My question is this; how does that work?
This console may also be transferred for use on the Ha'apax Advanced Warbird and Fleet Ha'apax Advanced Warbird, if you own them.
Also wondering how this works seeing as the Ha'apex and the Haakona appear to be two fairly similar but ultimately different ships?
Also; whats the skinny on the Dhael warbird and Tiercel shuttle - are they finished yet? At the time of the open beta no-one's seen hide nor hair of either ship.

I wish the Legacy pack came with some new character slots though. Sure, everybody gets one when LOR releases, but obviously if we get the Legacy pack, we're gonna be wanting more than one new Romulan toon...
The Liberated Borg Reman Bridge Officer included in the Starter and Legacy Pack now also includes two additional Bridge Officer slots with it!

Edit: Don't want to be greedy, but could you do something about the lack of Romulan DOFFs? (even if its a 2 Fed/KDF purple for 1 Romulan Purple Conversion at the grinder? 5k Dil per DOFF is a bit steep)

Heh, that could get really confusing. Since the Haakona is also technically a Hanom and a Hafeh when split, can we get the FSM discount for it on them as well?
The Legacy of Romulus pack was the best investment EVER in game. That ship looks so sick and reminds me of the Star Trek: Tactical Assault game Romulan Dreadnought of the TMP era. Great design and my favorite ship of that game.
Being a fan of Voyager and being this is based off the Prometheus featured in one of my favorite episodes "Message in a Bottle". This is perfect sequel and the stolen plans thing sounds exactly what Rebels would do like in Star Wars.

And i get the cool TOS helmets for free so can use them with my KDF Rommie uniform you designed earlier. So i can make my sort of Starship Trooper look for my Romulan. Sort of like a Romulan Version of a Swat uniform plus the Romulan guns,
