Launch is only 8 days away, so don't worry about it.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
I wanted the reward. So I guess I miss out on this and the Crossfire tribble.
Suckage.
The reward will be terrible, as someone else said it'll more than likely be a tribble which gives you one nukara mark per hour. Also known as "a waste of inventory or bank space"
The one that sh..... um..... drops dilithium isn't half bad. I use it for simple ground actions, and get 5 dil per hour. Every litter bit counts. Until they decide to fix the tool tray switch out bug, the rest of my tribbles reside with BOs.

Don't worry man, we all hate you too! Don't think of it as missing out on a useless tribble, think of it as having an extra inventory space for something else!
Out of all the game releases coming this year, LoR is the one I've got most anticipation for.
I can't wait to do nasty things with battle cloaking romulan ships in PvP.

that bug is actually not a bug at all
just lack of explanation on Cryptics end, they changed how it worked intentionally (well someone did).
old version: whatever you did the Device SLOT was slotted into the powertray
new version: you can either slot the ITEM or the SLOT into the powertray
-> if the icon on the powetray has a green border you slotted the SLOT (that is what you want!)
-> if the icon has no green border in the powertray you slotted the ITEM
IIRC if you drag & drop the power from the "P" menu then you will slot the power
but if you drag & drop the item directly from your Device Slot into your power tray you will get the green border, you can then swap your device items however you want and they will stay in the same spot on your power tray!
if you slot the item instead the icons will jump around every time you slot something else.
i THINK in a previous build you had to rightclick + hold to drag the slot into the powertray but last time i tried it worked fine with leftclick+hold.
what matters is that you get that green border around the icon.
you notice the green borders around his Hypo and PimpCane icons? THAT is what you want.
....and i THINK they changed it so that if you move Items in your inventory around. like the Fireworks device or that Freighter Code thingy... that the icons would not dissapear from your power tray.
I almost didn't get it. Wasn't able to play much on Saturday between the game servers being down and the launcher being down. Sunday morning I sat through a nice long queue, and finally got in to see they had done a character wipe on Tribble. Rolled a new toon, facerolled through three missions I'd already done to finish my hour, then bailed. I tested enough on the closed beta, I just wanted the tribble or whatever.
Don't worry, the test reward will probably be another dumb tribble that boosts a ground stat that's broken and not working properly, like the past few.

I'm betting it'll be resistance to Radiation, resistance to Fire, and a Nukara mark every hour. Probably called a Demon-Class Tribble.
Gah! Why did you have to remind me of that terrible show?
But I loved that show. It was dumb as hell, sure, but the idea and what they did with it was actually a lot of fun. At least it wasn't as disappointing as Earth: Final Conflict.
I know there is a method but all I see is madness.

What Cryptic should consider before releasing anything.

Don't sweat it mate.
Kirk's Protege.
Exactly my guess and sentiment as well.
The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.
Just be lucky you didn't do what I did and didn't get nothing for it rofl.

It'll be a tribble for the new marks as someone else said... no biggy.. unless you're a collector...

don't worry, the reward is gonna be some crappy 1 Nukara Mark per hour tribble anyway *who cares*

Why? The premise of the show wasn't bad. It also had several Star Trek connections;
Alan Scarfe (guest starred in an episode of Star Trek Voyager)
Norman Lloyd (guest starred as Professor Galen in The Next Generation)
But I loved that show. It was dumb as hell, sure, but the idea and what they did with it was actually a lot of fun. At least it wasn't as disappointing as Earth: Final Conflict.
Thanks for the hug.
Thanks. I appreciate hearing that from a dev. NOT sarcasm.
Taco is always cool.
Hey, at least it had Don Franklin... who was also in SeaQuest DSV
