The 'Manhunt' mission is currently bugged... for me at least. I was trying out the Beta today and the mission after Drake sets off the explosion and you quell the rebellion doesn't resolve. I followed his trail through the tunnels and then I follow the tunnel to the opening and nothing happens. I ran around the entire base looking for Drake and still nothing.

This happened to me as well, the klingon didn't trigger the thing to go outside.
I logged back in later after logging off for a bit and it worked fine.
-- I will do what I must to aid my family, friends, and fleet, in that order; no matter how many things, laws... or people... I have to break in order to do so. --
This is what I did to get by the bug in this mission ... after the explosion, I chased Drake past all the prisoners while they were trying to attack me, I Chased drake to the ventilation shaft (where he vanished) and waited for K'mtar to catch up to me, after you interact with him, you will be able to continue the mission to the planet surface.
Question prisoner Klimor, Sondjask, Tanas, Azaram, Vrenn, and Delon in that order.
Make sure that K'mtar has an "interaction icon" above him (by talking to the prisoners in the proper order) else mission progress might not work properly. If K'mtar has no interaction icon, then you either should try to talk to another prisoner or you should restart the mission as mission progress will not work.
Another note: If you arrive at the end of the tunnel and K'mtar is not already standing there, beam up to your ship and restart the mission.
P.S.: If you are a delta recruit, don't forget to grab the Iconian Tech on the surface (very tiny black dot on the map, use your tricorder (follow the light orange bar coming from it after use)).

Logging off and on right away did not fix the bug.

I hope that helps.
