Dilithium Exchange offer stuck

I have a Dilithium Exchange offer stuck in one of my 5 buy/sell slots.
It happend on the server crash on 8th April around 2:30 am UTC
At the time of the servercrash it was actually selling Zen from my 5000 Zen offer.
Since then I have a pending dilithium offer to Sell 240 Zen for 100 Dilithium each.

When I try to cancel the offer I get the following Errormessage:

"Failed to cancel Dilithium Exchange offer. Internal Error"

I wrote a ticket and its marked as CS replyed but the only thing I can find is a standard answer not at all topic related.. :confused:

any help appreciated

    My ticket is gone. Can't see it from ingame interface anymore :confused:
    The Dilithium exchange offer is still stuck....

    leaves me with 4 slots to buy/sell dilithium not to talk about the 240 Zen that are not usable for anything right now.

    Seems we have this error pop up every other patch.

    Listing for a buy order of 240 zen at 133 is stuck in my list.

    pls any Dev help me free my captured ZEN :eek:

    @wilbor2 didint file a bug report I opend a "ask for GM help" ticket

    but anyway its gone and my Dili is still freezed in Carbo.. sorry wrong story :D

    I also have the same bug atm, posted about it the other week.

    usually patch day fixes it, but not this time, still stuck with a buy offer at 133 for 240 zen.

    issue still not resolved even after numerous patchs and server maintenances.

    Wth is happening? cant buy zen with my refined dilitium nor cancel my actual offers in the zen exchange.

    Were you making this post while not realizing you were being disconnected from the server?

    im in holodeck and playing normal, just cant buy zen the way i always do because the offers got stuck at lack of a better word an if i try cancel it say "Failed to cancel due internal error"

    The Dilithium exchange has an internal error for some reason, and I can't cancel my transaction.

    same error message for me and same ticket response, no ticket to view anymore and no reply given.
    i have 2 transactions on the exchange through different characters.
    Both to buy 188zen at 132dil thats a total of 376zen or 49,632dil that i've got lost in limbo and can't get back.
    I really do hope this problem is solved soon as i grinded hard for that dilithium with the online time i get and can't afford to lose it as i already purchased the Legacy of Romulas mega pack.

    same here my dili exchange offer is still stuck :mad:

    requested GM help ingame & posted on the forum a month ago...

    I tried it out yesterday getting a small amount of zen and selling it for dilithium, and that transaction worked, but my 1300 zen transaction is still in limbo. The sucky thing is that I spent reall money to get a 1300 zen. I really think they should have this as a priority to fix. This is really frustrating, and when you do make a transaction you hope it doesn't do it again.

    I just want to add my voice here as someone who, as of 2 days ago is having this same exact problem. I take it everyone else is getting the same 'internal error' message when trying to delete the offer?

    after todays patch I found 2000 Dili in the exchange balance yay

    My 240 stuck Zen are down to 220 Zen.
    I still can't cancel the remaining offer so 220 Zen still stuck with the internal error message.

    Ofc I would rather cancel the old offer then sell it for 100 Dili/Zen while price is at 124 but thats another story :D

    But most important the first step is done to free my Zen/Dili

    This last maintenance fixed mine, so I was able to withdraw, and redo it again, and it worked. Thanks

    unfortunately even after LoR update my remaining 220 Zen are still stuck.. I hoped it will fix itself but seems not :(

    Any help from Cryptic available after all this time waiting?

    219 Zen left stuck

    ONE more Zen got freed

    seems this one is going to take a few years to solve... :rolleyes::mad:


    Dear Cryptic these ZEN are stuck for 3 month now..
