characters wiped after latest patch

after the latest tribble patch, i logged into Tribble shard to pick up with my romulan character right where i left off at the end of the previous closed beta builds that limited the character's mission progression to temporal ambassador, and found every single one of my characters had vanished

    Samr even the ones that have been on trib since forever
