I've run this same event many times in the past and everyone's had a good time. It's not a tournament or anything, and is casual/ just for fun. -Brandon

while the shuttle things is nice, i can only recall once before crytpic "hosting" a regular style event, and premades were basically banned from it.
just sayin....
for an mmo this game really lacks the mm part.
also... my vesta can launch some pretty small crafts... can i haz it? ill even take the type 10 ****tle pets!

There is no problem. Just want to see some action for the rest of us who pvp with things other than shuttles.
We have no choice other than to be casual about pvp. There is no structure for pvp I the game other than a random queue system.
I know you can feel the passion rise when you guys get behind something.... And that's what's great about competition! Past efforts may have become marred by one or two rotten apples, but that is because apples were making the structure and rules.
We can be casually competitive if given the opportunity. Heck, I'd say there are an equal amount of bad apples in the stf grinders clique. Keep an eye in that 5000dps channel thing... I see a lot of rage in that one over npc stuffs. Only guys who really like to focus on that stuff have a structure in place.
No vilification coming from me dude, just a little rage and desire for growth in the sector of the game I value and enjoy.... It is the endgame... There is no other endgame....

except that this is a rare thing, and its usually only shuttles.
sure its nice that he is there, cryptic is "showing" its face in pvp. but there has never been any "official" pvp event held by cryptic.
and there probably never will be.
itd be nice if they held a regular ship premade/team only allowed event to show they understand this is an MMO and not just an O.

That was my whole post. I've been on team speak with branflakes a couple times too in the past and he is a solid dude, for f sake why do some people get so defensive over nothing.
1. Community organizer gets a pvp event going, asks for feedback and ideas
2. Pvp dude asks when their might be a tournament or team play event for regular ships
3. Random Pve dude lashes out at apparent "bashing"
Wtf is wrong with people.
Bran is giving out pvp friend hugs.

And maybe some heavy petting.
