I've asked for help a few times before. My Ship's interior will still not change from the default, regardless of what interior or ship I buy, nor what layout size I buy. Walls are often completely missing, my bridge officers are at times floating, at times inside walls or consoles. This has been continuing for over a year. I have reported these problems again and again but receive no assistance or improvement.
Please,
please help. I just want to enjoy my bridge, is that really too much to ask?
I've chosen to not buy anything with real money until I can actually enjoy my bridge, so really it's in STO's interest to help.

Ever hopeful I'll finally receive some assistance,

Missing the good ol' days of PvP: Legacy of Romulus to Season 9
My List of Useful Links, Recently Updated November 25 2017!
I was having similar issues until someone helped me on this forum. There are two things you can do, go to ESD and change the name of your ship at the shipyard. Then immediately go and try to make the changes that you want. It should work. Then, simply revert the ship's name back to what you wanted.
Another trick you can try is to discharge an existing ship that you can later reclaim back from the c-store. This updates the list and hence you can customize your ship. If your partial to all of your ships simply claim another basic ship (mirror lock box) and then discharge.
These two tricks have helped me in the past as I was not able to customize my fleet ships! I still have to do trick number one to make basic changes to the fleet ships in particular but nevertheless, it works well and hence is bearable.
Hope this helps.
