A guy outside Spacedock - zone 5

I want to know how he got out there.

My guess is someone did one of those duplication effect something or others and he was close to the window and this poor fella spawned outside.

    LOL that's a good one.

    NPCs do funny stuff in this game from jumping over things to follow you to putting a shield generator around the enemies.

    It's a very old bug that I think is now part of the game forever, I usually hang outside and give money to people who can get to me:)

    You have to go to the other side of the room next to the shelves, then sprint towards that window and just before you reach it you have to jump, if you hit the window in the right spot you will get through to the other side.... It might take a few attempts though!
    How I picture a lot of the forumites :P

    oh bah its not that hard, you don't even have to run at the window. certain once are clip against you just so, all you have to do is stand on the upper ledge against the window in the corner, go to your ship bridge and back again... walaa instant space walk.

    I tried it, and it didn't work, guess im not doing something right

    someone have more detailed instructions? there are several ledges in that area

    try the window across from the bank, get on the upper ledge and cram yourself into the corner. that one has always worked for me

    Which 'upper' ledge? the lower, flat one? or the one around the post on the other side that rises diagonally?

    I have tried to do it, visit bridge and then back, and it always sets me back away from the window.

    If you manage to get outside by the bank, there is actually a door off in the distance way down and to the right. Getting to it is a pain. Sadly it doesn't lead to anywhere epic. :(

    I must be doing something wrong. I am standing in the corner on the ledge against the glass, then I visit the bridge and come back, and I am still standing there.

    Stop sharing the secret before it gets nerfed! :mad: Cryptic seems hell-bent on fixing all these "bugs". For example, they took the plant out of K7, so you can't get on the balcony anymore. :(

    The Series has come a long way. Let them reach their level of perfection. Have you seen the latest F2P Games out so far? They have potential, but STO has got the lead.

    Last time I was out there I remember seeing the OLD OLD esd Shipyard and Lounge. good times. I wish those places still existed.

    There is another one. Above the Club 47 dance floor there is a box shaped area in the roof. You can get there using a transporter trick and have a private partaaaay yaaay! :D

    So what happens if you jump off the window ledge? It would be so epic if there was zero gravity out there and your toon just started floating off and everyone inside could look out the window and laugh at you as you frantically tried to space swim back to the ledge to get inside.

    Does it cause problems, Taco? If not, might as well leave well enough alone, right?

    Besides, this way if you ever get bored you can work your magic with that door someone mentioned earlier... :)

    maybe its a good excuse to give ESD a makeover and bring it up to the level that LoR stuff is at =p

    I hope everything that isnt LoR quality gets upgraded to LoR quality at some point

    I mean Feds need an updated Tutorial, fully voiced missions throughout their lvling process, etc

    KDF just need fully voiced missions throughout their lvling process...unless there other stuff it needs

    but ya I hope all factions get upgraded to LoR quality someday?
