Tribble Freezes on Char Screen

When i try to log into tribble, the launcher seems to work. Everyone comes up and I get to the point where I choose my character or make a new one. Then it freezes. I can't do anything. I have to use my control panel to close the program. Nothing works...
Close program and reopen = nogo.
Reboot PC = nogo.
Holodeck and Redshirt work just fine. Its only tribble that doesn't work.
I did force verify to make sure all files are correct. Still nogo.
I removed and readded STO (A bit extreme). Still nogo.
I tried to go to contact us under perfectworld.com and got a broken link (I couldn't get https://support.perfectworld.com/app/ask to work, it keeps going to https://support.perfectworld.com/ci/pta/login/redirect/home/p_li/cF91c2VyaWQ9YWRtaXJhbGhhYmlraSZwX3Bhc3N3ZD0mcF9lbWFpbD1zb25fdmVnaXR0QGhvdG1haWwuY29tJnBfZmlyc3RfbmFtZT0mcF9sYXN0X25hbWU9JnBfdGl0bGU9cnlvZ2FoYWJpa2kmcF9saV9wYXNzd2Q9dGVzdF9zZWNyZXRfa2V5 and then i get "The page isn't redirecting properly")
I'm hoping someone here has an useful answer, besides "Reinstall windows", "Buy a new PC", and "Try a different game"

Since Holodeck and Red Shirt aren't effected, I doubt its my PC
