Vesta Aux Cannons power drain bugged

Tooltip for Vesta's Aux Dual Heavy Cannons says... "-12 auxilary power when firing other auxiliary weapons"...
well, even if I only mount a single Aux cannon with other "regular power" weapons...it still drains -12 Auxilary power.
Anyone else having this problem?
Example:
1 Aux Dual Heavy Cannon
2 Phaser Dual Heavy Cannons
3 Phaser Turrets
This setup will drain both weapon and auxiliary power.
