Server stability was fixed? I think not. its 9:52 EST and I was kicked in the middle of a borg fight and now the server is red lighted with no help at all from Perfect World, STO, or Cryptic!
was just trying to get honor guard gear to show up and poof no game, no server, nothing. Since im only off a few hours going to spend it looking for an alternate head ache
it's due to the tribble server guys they wanted us to try and crash the server to see if it could handle the new ui controls and code, stop bagging cryptic and relax
in may you will say nothing good since your not able to do what you want deal with it

I think somebody had a fit and unplugged the servers. Or the server tribbles have sad tummies. Or Bran spilled vodka all over the servers. Take your pick.

It's working as intended. Before the server crashed, the extreme amount of lag was simply a new feature designed to make us LIVE IN THE MOMENT... by making each moment last for minutes.

Once again PWE managed to break yet another game... Sheesh, they can't even get their own self-named game right without it going down the toilet. Even after seeing the announcement that there was going to be a "general server stability fix", I knew they would TRIBBLE something up on it.
next thing you know they will be taking over the federation admit it people the tal shiar are far more superior then the federation when it comes to covert ops they have been knocking the game out when ever they feel like it for years its a conspiracy to control us all
I hate to dump on PWE, but fact is I left STO for a month to give SWTOR a try and the server never went down at all. In contrast this have to be something like the 40th downtime for STO (granted I have played STO for longer).
Why is there no effort to sort this out? Hell, they're doing better than a great many MMOs out there.
Okay cool, thought it was something on my end. Could not for the life of me to get full impulse to work at all. It just wouldn't do anything anymore. Couldn't slot any new projects for the starbase either. Then the whole thing went down. So much for that "server stability" patch earlier eh?
