Breen Transphasic Cluster Torpedo

Am I imagining it, or are there times when this thing *should* fire, the cooldown comes on as if it has, yet it doesn't actually fire?

I ask because I am having trouble reproducing the issue consistently even on the same ship. It could possibly just be graphical, though I don't think it is.

Anyone else noticed this?

    This problem usually happens its on autofire

    I have had this issue as well. It occurs both when the weapon is on auto fire or if I manually fire it close to when it comes available to fire.
